County Commission Discretionary Spending Review Eighth District

Former County Commissioner and Current Property Assessor Phil Ballard spent ZERO dollars from July 1, 2008 - August 31, 2008 the time he served as a County Commissioner.

County Commissioner Richard "Bud" Armstrong from November 2008 - June 30, 2009 spent $6,750 out of his budgeted $6,000. A $250 check to Carter High School was posted VOID on 6/9/09. Thus bringing his total to $6,500.
