County Commission Discretionary Spending Review Ninth District

County Commissioner Victoria DeFreese from July 1, 2008 - August 31, 2008 spent $4,020.00 It is interesting to note that on the ledger obtained by Knox County they show a $100 check to East TN Foundation. This surely belonged to County Commissioner Mike Brown that took office on September 1, 2008.
