I'm beginning to think the School Board is being consistently short changed. They go along with it in order to avoid being combative with the County Commission but that facts (costs) on the ground just keep catching up with them.

I am not sure how they could be shortchanged. Since 2002, they have had 4 years of fully funded Capital Plan Budgets plus a $40 million dollar high school, they hadn't even requested.
This year their General Purpose School Budget was fully funded.
They have actually gotten more than they have asked for, since 2002.
How could they be getting shortchanged?
