R.L. Smith, Seventh District Commissioner was speaking with Appointed Seventh District Commissioner Michele Carringer tonight at the West Knox Republican Club Picnic. He was overheard to mention County Commissioner Chairman Tank Strickland's name and was discussing an upcoming meeting.Is this a violation of the Open Meetings / Sunshine Law? Where are you Jack McElroy?

R. Larry is exempt from the Sunshine law and perjury statutes. It has been determined nothing he says makes any sense, therefore communication is impossible.
