Multiple Brian's Blog sources attending the opening festivities of the TNVA&I (Tennessee Valley Agricultural & Industrial) Fair on Friday overheard conversations that Foster Arnett is teaming with his 5 new employees (Bruce Whiteaker, Pat Sullivan, Bill Skaggs, Peggy Kane, Becky Crews) and Corey Johns, the current First Vice-Chair of the Knox County Republican Party to launch a bid for the Republican nomination for Knox County Mayor in 2010.
